Select “Can’t access your account?” and follow the prompts to set a new password.  You will need your phone to complete the required verification.

New passwords must be at least 15 characters long, contain 3 of the 4 traits below, and cannot contain your name or username.

• Uppercase
• Lowercase
• Number
• Special (!@#$ etc.)
